• Tai Chi – Moving for Better Balance

This is a new and simplified Tai Chi form developed for the CDC by Tai Chi masters in Oregon to help lower the rate of falls by seniors. Jim Dalton is the Tai Chi instructor in Portland that is promoting the form and offering classes. Check out his website for current classes as well as a video to see the 8 form sequence with warm-ups.
