This is essentially a list of “what works” and “favorites” compiled over the years by my Well Being Massage clients and myself.  While it lived in for quite some time in our heads and on bits of paper in the backs of notebooks and files, the virtual list is much more practical, and happily, easier to share with others in our Second Half of Life Tribe.
